Job summary

Worley seeks a Building Maintenance Supervisor for the Worley Base at Prudhoe Bay, AK. This remote/rotational role oversees industrial shops, water/wastewater treatment, and man camp facilities, ensuring safe, compliant maintenance. The position operates on a rotation schedule, with meals and lodging provided.

Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Strong supervisory skills, budgeting ability, and hands-on leadership are required to coordinate craft teams and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, business, or related field.
• Five to eight years work experience in facility maintenance management, building operations, or support services leadership.
• Five years’ work experience managing a team.
• Valid driver’s license including ability to be insured by Worley auto insurer required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all facilities located in Deadhorse, Alaska for building maintenance, systems, and repairs.
• Management of maintenance requests and use of Fleet Focus to track work.
• Operation of wastewater treatment facility attached to man camp (discharge only).
• Plan and supervise workforce, determine manpower levels, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinate work with other groups, crafts, or contractors.
