Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design projects from inception through construction. You will guide internal and external teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality contract documents and client service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of delivering diverse commercial projects. Candidates should have an architecture degree and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Diverse commercial project experience (industrial, office, retail).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative design projects through all phases.
• Lead internal and external teams and manage budgets and workplans.
• Oversee development of contract documents and client communications.
• Coordinate with contracts team and consultants across all project phases.
• Mentor junior project members and support business development.
