Qualifications

• Architecture license.

• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage design development, construction documents, and specifications.
• Oversee production of drawing sets and mentor team on design strategies and delivery methods.
• Contract drawings from start to finish.
• Prepare project schedule projections with Project Manager.
• Resolve clashes for complex project types.
• Provide construction administration including site visits and shop drawings reviews.
• Perform site code searches and analysis at local, county, state, and federal levels.
• Represent Ware Malcomb at design review meetings and present projects as needed.
• Collaborate with QC/studio reviewers to review documents.
• Assemble consultant teams and manage contracts.
