Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects to diverse clients through all phases. You will lead internal and external teams, oversee budgets, and manage contract documents as the primary client contact.

The role requires 7+ years in architecture, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, and strong communication. You will coordinate consultants, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior staff within the studio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architecture experience.
• Experience leading multifamily or mixed-use projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases.
• Prepare project schedules and maintain health updates.
• Lead internal and external teams and manage budgets.
• Coordinate and review contract documents and approvals as required.
• Coordinate with contracts team and consultants throughout the project.
• Represent Ware Malcomb at design review meetings as needed.
• Mentor junior project members and support studio leadership.
