Paycom - ATS is seeking an Architectural Windows and Doors Inside Sales Specialist to help homeowners, builders, and architects select the right products and deliver exceptional service.

You will partner with architects, designers, and builders to source the best window solutions, provide timely quotes, and close orders with strong margins. This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, proactive problem solving, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years of inside sales experience.
• Experience with window brands including Andersen and Marvin.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint measurements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry and home building requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right window product and provide timely quotes.
• Work with architects, designers, and builders to source products.
• Close sales while maintaining a high profit margin and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist other team members with quotes and sourcing of products.
• Process and secure window orders and maintain accurate records.
• Negotiate vendor terms, pricing, and delivery; manage return/credit of defective products.
