Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Windows and Doors Specialist to provide inside sales support, assist customers with product selection, prepare quotes, and coordinate with vendors. The role emphasizes accurate takeoffs and timely fulfillment, reporting to the Branch Operations Manager.

Qualified candidates will have construction sales experience, blueprint reading ability, and proficiency with vendor software.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales or residential construction.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform takeoffs with accuracy.
• Proficiency with vendor-specific software for quoting and orders.
• Capable to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, orders, and special requests.
• Perform accurate takeoffs to determine material needs and estimates.
• Develop relationships with window/door vendors and coordinate visits.
• Create quotes, track orders, and provide product information.
• Support order fulfillment and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
