Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales or residential construction/home building.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform takeoffs with accuracy.
• Proficiency with vendor-specific software for quoting and order management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to explain technical details.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, orders, and special requests.
• Perform accurate takeoffs to determine material needs and provide precise estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with window and door vendors; coordinate visits and stay updated on offerings.
• Create quotes using vendor software and track orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally with timely follow-up.
• Maintain neat counter and showroom area.
• Coordinate with outside sales team to support customer needs and sample requests.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations to assist customers.
• Assist with warehouse tasks to support order fulfillment as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by Branch Operations Manager.
