Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience or demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint measurements.
• Experience with popular window brands including Andersen and Marvin.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers find the right product that best suits their needs.
• Work with architects, designers, and builders to source the right product and provide timely quotes.
• Close a sale in a timely fashion while maintaining a high profit margin and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist other team members with quotes and sourcing of products.
• Secure window orders and process them correctly.
• Negotiate window terms, pricing, and delivery with vendors.
• Arrange for return and credit of defective product.
