Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Windows and Doors Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive branch sales. You will perform takeoffs, prepare quotes, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.

Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, this inside sales role requires product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to balance working independently with team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales or residential construction.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform takeoffs with accuracy.
• Proficiency with vendor-specific software for quoting and orders.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, orders, and requests.
• Prepare accurate takeoffs and material estimates.
• Develop relationships with window and door vendors and manage quotes.
• Use software to track orders and coordinate fulfillment.
• Support outside sales and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain neat showroom and counter area.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations.
