Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated (KI) is seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist for KI Wall Solutions to grow our wall systems business across New England. You will partner with architects, designers, end users, and contractors to deliver customized workplace and education solutions.

The role offers multiple sites including our Boston showroom, your home office, and customer sites region-wide. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 plus uncapped commissions based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling movable wall systems or related construction solutions.
• Strong understanding of architecture, design, and construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Existing relationships with architects/designers in the Georgia market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor to customers and industry partners.
• Create and present architectural wall solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and revenue.
• Identify, target, and cultivate relationships within key accounts across the territory.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, end users, contractors to drive project success.
• Represent KI at industry events and design/construction community activities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools.
• Partner with estimators, project coordinators, designers, managers and sales team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert for architectural wall products and provide training to internal teams.
• Lead product presentations, educational sessions, and specification efforts to help secure projects.
