Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée seeks a Specification Representative for our Vancouver location to grow the Richelieu brand in the architectural and design community. You will coordinate the specification process and build strong relationships with architects and designers to secure product specifications.

Responsibilities include presenting products, providing training, maintaining documentation, and tracking projects across the territory.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–2 years in a specification-focused role desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related apps.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects and designers to secure specifications.
• Position Richelieu products in architecture and design firms to drive specs and sales.
• Provide product training to the A&D community through presentations.
• Maintain documentation, databases and call reports; respond to spec requests.
• Manage specifications through the project lifecycle and track territory progress.
