Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd seeks an Architecture & Design Specification Representative to grow market awareness and sales in the Orlando, Tampa, and surrounding areas. You will coordinate with local sales teams, gather specifications from architects and designers, and expand Richelieu’s one-stop hardware solutions.

You will travel in the field 3–4 days a week, build strong relationships with A&D professionals, and stay current on Richelieu’s products and market conditions to drive opportunities and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Specification Representative or Designer
• Ability to manage your own time and deliver results
• Proactive, high energy, coachable, strong work ethic
• Developed design, communication, and organizational skills
• CRM software experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with architects and designers
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients
• Gather and secure specifications across product categories
• Analyze past specification patterns to become a stronger supplier
• Provide educational training on Richelieu products and industry trends
• Deliver a state-of-the-art customer service experience
• Stay updated with Richelieu offerings and market conditions
• Utilize CRM and other sales support applications
• Travel regularly (3–4 days per week) in the field
• Occasionally lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds
