Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a motivated Specification Consultant to promote automatic door solutions to architects, specifiers, and consultants in commercial projects. You will influence specifications, present solutions, and collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to drive regional growth.

The role requires strong communication, ability to read architectural drawings, and willingness to travel within the region. Training and support are provided to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural specification or construction preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and specifiers.
• Promote ASSA ABLOY products and services through presentations, lunch-and-learns, and project consultations.
• Assist in writing and reviewing specifications to ensure alignment with Record standards.
• Track and influence projects from early design through construction phases.
• Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to support regional growth.
• Maintain accurate records of project activity and specification efforts.
• Stay current on industry trends, building codes, and competitive products.
