Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Architectural Sales Specialist in Southern California to cultivate relationships with architectural firms and A&D professionals. You will introduce our product solutions early in the project cycle, present to groups, and manage opportunities through a longer consultative sales process.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in architecture/design industries, strong MS Office/ CRM skills, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Min. 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling to architecture, design, construction, or related industries.
• Experience selling to architecture and/or landscape architecture firms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory (Southern CA) and attend AIA, ASLA, trade shows, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architectural firms, landscape architects, designers, and other A&D professionals.
• Identify and develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Conduct lunch-and-learns, product presentations, and educational programs for architectural and design firms.
• Manage opportunities through a longer sales cycle, from initial contact through specification and project award.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within architectural firms.
• Attend local and regional AIA, ASLA, trade shows, and industry events.
• Partner with internal teams to support project development and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account information within the CRM.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.
