Job summary

Concrete LCDA, a leading French manufacturer of decorative concrete finishes, seeks an Architectural Sales Representative – Midwest in a hybrid/field role based in Chicago, IL. You will build relationships with architects and designers, drive specifications, and convert opportunities into sales across the Midwest.

We offer a base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus commissions, health benefits, 25 days of paid vacation, travel expense reimbursement, and opportunities to collaborate with our teams in

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in the A&D industry.
• Established understanding of the Chicago A&D market and relationships with architects/designers.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients in interior design (architects, designers, brands).
• Maintain a strong pipeline of architectural specifications and projects.
• Present and promote Concrete LCDA solutions.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide guidance to clients for effective follow-up and retention.
• Execute the company’s sales strategy across the Midwest.
• Manage projects from initial design through quotation, procurement, and completion.
• Conduct targeted outreach using SaaS tools.
• Increase market visibility through trade shows and events.
• Travel moderately across the Midwest for meetings and events.
