Job summary

Longboard Architectural Products is seeking a hunter-type Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Chicago market and the surrounding Midwest region. You will develop relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers, drive long-term sales growth, and position our aluminum architectural products as durable, wood-like alternatives.

The role requires 3+ years in building-product sales in the Chicago market, travel within the territory, strong presentations,

Qualifications

• Must be based in the Chicago market.
• Three plus years of experience in sales related to building products.
• Knowledge of exterior building products is an asset.
• Strong sales leadership with ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentations to architectural audiences.
• Willing to travel overnight and regularly within the territory, including North America.
