The Crowd in New York is seeking a New Business/Proposals Coordinator to join its NYC team. You will craft compelling proposals and presentations, working with senior leadership to tailor content for major architectural projects worldwide.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, write clearly, and manage multiple deadlines with strong visual standards. In-person, full-time role with growth and mentorship opportunities in a collaborative marketing function.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in marketing, proposals, or related coordination in architecture/design.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in architecture, urban planning, design, communications or marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong visual judgment; proficient in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage overlapping deadlines with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the preparation of customized proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other new business materials.
• Partner with firm leadership and internal teams to gather information and develop content tailored to opportunities.
• Write, edit, and format submission materials ensuring accuracy and strong visual standards.
• Manage multiple pursuits, coordinating schedules, contributors, and deadlines end-to-end.
• Support marketing and business development with research, content organization, and strategy execution.
