Job summary

Handel Architects LLP in New York City is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 4+ years of experience. You will collaborate with partners and design teams to develop proposals, presentations, and case studies, balancing writing, design, and project management to tell the firm’s story.

You’ll produce polished marketing materials, manage deadlines, and support business development initiatives with a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in AEC marketing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished content skills.
• Strong graphic design and visual storytelling for proposals and collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages.
• Support pursuit planning, positioning, and project storytelling with leadership.
• Develop and edit clear, engaging content communicating firm expertise.
• Create visually compelling presentations and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and progress communication.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, formatting, and brand standards.
• Update marketing resources: resumes, project profiles, case studies, photos.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues, principals, and design teams.
