Job summary

BridgeWork Partners is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Manager to join the Dallas team as it expands on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will lead projects from concept through documentation, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery of design and construction packages.

The role requires a professional architecture degree and 5–10 years in practice, including 5+ years in construction administration.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 5–10 years of experience across all phases of architectural practice.
  • 5+ years of construction administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3ds Max is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution from initial concept through construction documentation to ensure design excellence and high-quality deliverables.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms and complete comprehensive contract packages.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to maintain alignment and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop project schedules and manage timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Create strategic project plans aligned with client objectives and firm standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, job costs, manpower projections, and overall financial performance.
  • Lead and oversee the preparation of detailed code and zoning analyses.
  • Use strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to address project issues and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Direct and support internal and external project team members throughout all project phases.
