Job summary

OnTarget Communications in Dallas is seeking a Coordinator to bridge design, documentation, and delivery across A.E.C projects. This role rewards proactive collaboration and meticulous attention to detail to keep projects on track.

You will support specifications, coordinate kick-off meetings, and work with engineers, architects, PMs, and consultants to ensure accurate, up-to-date specifications and compliance with codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AEC preferred.
• 3+ years administrative support in AEC industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications.
• Set up and attend project kick-off meetings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, PMs, and consultants.
• Manage specification revisions and document distribution.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes and regulations.
• Support QA reports.
• Maintain specification templates and data sheets.
• Assist in resolving technical queries during design and execution.
