You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion. Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project, from conception to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Review and approve construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
• Manage project changes and scope creep
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 3+ years of experience in architectural project management
• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software
• Experience with restaurant design projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
