McKinstry in Seattle, WA is seeking a Project Manager for the Architectural Metals team. You will lead project strategy, goals, and execution to ensure safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence with high client satisfaction.

The role requires five years of PM/engineering/construction experience, a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering, and proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Suretrak). OSHA 30 is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction is required.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• Experience working for a General Contractor or Major Mechanical Subcontractor preferred.
• PE, CPM, LEED designations are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strategies, goals, and objectives for projects to ensure safety, on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Identifies required resources and develops project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Serves as primary contact for project engineering staff during construction.
• Transitions activities from design to construction and from construction to completion.
• Communicates with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner, and stakeholders.
• Monitors financial performance, reviews subcontractor billing, and prepares change orders.
