Job summary

McKinstry seeks a Project Manager to support its Electrical division in Seattle, WA. The role delivers projects safely, on schedule and within budget, coordinating with GC, architects, engineers and clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering, 5 years in PM/engineering/construction, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera and SureTrak. Strong MS Office skills and OSHA 30 are required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction is required.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak are required.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and required.
• PE, CPM, LEED professional designations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies, goals, and objectives for projects to ensure delivery of the project safely, on time and on budget with high client satisfaction.
• Defines project responsibilities to project management, engineering and field staff.
• Monitors, controls and reports on the financial performance of projects.
• Assists the business development team in responding to requests for proposal and bid process.
