Job summary

Lavallee Brensinger Architects seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our Manchester, NH office, with optional remote work on Monday and Fridays. You will craft proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral, while collaborating with marketing, design, and project teams to reflect the quality of our work.

Responsibilities include writing, editing, and designing materials, updating the website, and coordinating shoots and events.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred, ideally in architecture/engineering/construction.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with professional communication.
• Creative graphic design skills and brand-consistent material production.

Responsibilities

• Support proposals and project pursuits with qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations.
• Write, edit, design, and coordinate marketing collateral and client materials.
• Develop press releases, project announcements, and award submissions.
• Update website content and create social media posts to highlight projects and people.
• Plan and coordinate project photo shoots and firm events; assist with CRM/database upkeep.
