The role focuses on processing architectural products inquiries and orders, providing detailed technical information, and supporting Sales Representatives and customers with quotations and order accuracy. Ideal candidates have Inside Sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret technical manuals and specs.

Qualifications

• Two years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical information.
• Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle quotations, inquiries and orders via phone or email, emphasizing product advantages.
• Gather pricing and order details from manuals or other departments as needed.
• Enter quotes and orders accurately into the system and communicate with customers.
• Interface with architects/engineers to define project requirements and match products to specs.
• Provide back-up support for other sales/customer service duties as needed.
