Job summary

Morris Adjmi Architects in New York, NY is seeking an Architectural Designer II/Architect II to advance design from concept through documentation on large, complex projects. You will lead design development, prepare client presentations, coordinate BIM with consultants, and support construction documentation while guiding junior staff and upholding MA’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional architecture experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Procore, MS Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Understand MA’s project road map, schedule, and deadlines.
• Assist in project design and development from concept through documentation.
• Prepare design presentation documents, renderings, and materials as directed.
• Coordinate BIM with consultants and manage coordination for project sets.
• Attend client meetings and prepare meeting minutes as needed.
• Support production of Design Development and Construction Document sets.
