Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong design, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the MA 'Project Road Map', project schedule and key deadlines.
• Participate in project design and development from concept through documentation.
• Assist in preparing client design presentations; assemble presentation decks.
• Prepare design presentation documents, renderings, and materials as directed.
• Understand project scope, deliverables, and expectations.
• Implement design direction based on leadership feedback.
• Coordinate activities with consultants and manage BIM coordination.
• Attend client meetings with PM/PA and prepare minutes.
• Review consultant sets and coordinate prior to phase releases.
