Job summary

IPS Integrated Project Services in Leawood, Kansas is seeking an Architectural Designer I/II to assist with design development and documentation for life sciences facilities. You will work with designers, architects, and engineers to translate mark-ups into coordinated architectural drawings in Revit.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of architectural design office experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit with a strong BIM workflow understanding.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design teams with master planning through construction documentation.
• Interpret markups and implement design changes on projects.
• Develop architectural documentation using Revit aligned with BIM/CAD standards.
• Ensure drawings meet company design and production standards.
• Coordinate with disciplines and participate in design coordination efforts.
• Support field visits and site surveys as needed.
