Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural office experience or RA.
• Bachelor of Architecture degree with NAAB accreditation.
• +4 years of Life Sciences Industry experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of MEP systems integration with architecture.

Responsibilities

• Assess project scope with Project Manager to determine budget and staffing.
• Develop design documents across programming, master planning, and construction documentation.
• Review drawings for compliance with company standards and codes.
• Lead design coordination with related engineering disciplines and client meetings.
• Support field visits, site surveys, and construction administration activities.
• Create renderings and diagrams illustrating design concepts.
