IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer for our Blue Bell, PA office. You will work with Designers, Architects, and Engineers to advance architectural projects across masterplanning to construction documentation.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and strong BIM workflows, with 8+ years in design offices and solid knowledge of building codes. Travel up to 20% and collaboration across disciplines are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architectural design office experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; strong BIM workflow knowledge.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) integration in architectural designs.
• Adequate understanding of building codes and specification interpretation.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Corrects and updates design documents.
• Develops solutions to design problems.
• Reviews drawings and documents for compliance with design and production standards.
• Assists in development of design documentation across masterplanning to construction documentation.
• Proactively alerts team to design changes affecting time and cost.
• Coordinates architectural design work with related engineering disciplines.
• Support field visits, site surveys, and coord with contractors as needed.
• Capable of creating renderings and diagrams as assigned.
