IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC seeks a Senior Architectural Designer in Blue Bell, PA to join a cross-disciplinary team of designers, architects and engineers. You will develop architectural designs, produce BIM/CAD documentation, and coordinate with related disciplines to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates have strong Revit/BIM skills, 8+ years design office experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Formación

• 8+ years of architectural design office experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit with strong BIM workflow understanding.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing in designs.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and specifications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lifesciences industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Corrects and updates design documents.
• Develops solutions to design problems.
• Reviews drawings to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assists in design documentation for masterplanning to construction docs.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and vendors.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings.
• Support field visits, RFIs, and submittals.
• Produce Revit documentation aligned with BIM/CAD standards.
