Emser Tile in Columbus–Worthington, OH is seeking a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to grow the commercial business, focusing on the Architecture and Design community.

You will develop strategic plans, build relationships with top specifiers, drive product specifications during design, and collaborate with regional and national sales teams. The role requires travel up to 10%, a college degree, and a proven track record in outside sales within flooring or related industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably within the flooring industry.
• Analytical skills to identify client needs and map to product offerings.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Experience selling to Architecture & Design community.
• Strong presentation skills to large audiences.
• Willingness to travel 10% of time.
• College degree required or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic sales plan targeting A&D firms.
• Maintain and grow relationships with top specifiers.
• Drive specifications locally and nationwide.
• Organize product knowledge and CEU trainings.
• Collaborate with regional/national sales teams.
• Travel to key commercial developers and designers.
• Support bid processes with A&D specifications.
• Communicate market trends with product/marketing teams.
• Attend trade events to cultivate accounts.
• Manage assigned budgets to grow sales.
