Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an experienced A&D Representative to build and grow relationships with Designers, Architects, and Builders in the Miami area. You will lead the account planning process, coordinate internal resources, and drive profitable sales growth across CR’s product lines, including Pompeii displays in showrooms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of sales experience in the building materials sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or proven track record of 10+ years in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of building materials industry preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives and expectations.
• Meets targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Leads account planning process with mutual objectives and milestones for 1–3 years.
• Assesses customer needs and develops growth plans within Designers, Architects, and Builders segments.
• Develops action plans to service high-potential accounts and expand product penetration.
• Participates in local professional organizations and branch events to increase sales.
