Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales & Delivery Architect to bridge sales and delivery in enterprise projects. You will own architectural blueprints for OutSystems applications and lead multi-agent AI engagements, ensuring feasibility from pre-sales through delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Delivery Managers, and customer executives to shape SOWs, run PoCs, and deliver scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Delivery.
• Track record of winning complex software deals and delivering high-value enterprise applications.
• OutSystems Architecture / Expert Developer Certification is required.
• OutSystems Specialist Agentic AI Certification is valued.
• Plus: TOGAF, Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure), or Agile/Scrum certifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer business discovery into accurate, multi-phased SOWs and technical roadmaps.
• Design and execute PoCs, architectural spikes, and demonstrations for solution feasibility.
• Conduct AI-readiness assessments of client environments and guardrails for non-deterministic AI workflows.
• Serve as the trusted technical authority during sales cycles for Enterprise Architects and CTOs.
• Lead architectural ownership on billable engagements for OutSystems apps and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
• Perform reviews to ensure delivery quality, security, and scalability.
• Direct practical implementation of LLM orchestration and RAG in live projects.
• Package learnings into reusable delivery playbooks to elevate speed and quality.
