Job summary

MA is seeking an Architectural Designer II/Architect II to lead technical design aspects for large, complex projects. You will participate from concept to documentation, coordinate with consultants, and guide BIM processes while delivering high-quality design outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years’ experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe suite. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong design, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design and development from concept through documentation.
• Assist in preparing client design presentations and assemble presentation decks.
• Prepare design presentation documents, renderings, and materials as directed.
• Understand project scope, deliverables, and expectations.
• Implement design direction based on leadership feedback.
• Coordinate activities with consultants and manage BIM coordination for consultants.
• Review consultant sets and coordinate prior to phase releases.
• Attend client meetings with PM/PA and prepare meeting minutes.
