BSI Engineering seeks an experienced Architect to lead project design from concept through construction documents. You will collaborate with engineering disciplines, mentor designers, and ensure code compliance and quality.

The role requires knowledge of Revit, BIM, and ACC, with strong presentation and leadership skills. This hybrid position offers mentorship, education support, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or equivalent
• 5–10 years of relevant post-graduate experience
• Architectural License required
• Proficient in Revit and BIM modeling
• Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical or GMP environments preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Exceptional decision-making skills
• Proficient at setting priorities and managing multiple tasks
• Strong leadership skills
• Positive conflict resolution skills
• Ability to analyze and critically assess problems
• Strong knowledge of building systems functions and design
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Strong knowledge of building codes and life safety practices
• Working knowledge of BIM modeling, Revit and AutoCAD and ACC; Photoshop, SketchUp; Word, Excel

Responsabilités

• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects with knowledge of codes, materials and systems
• Contributes to development of discipline scope, deliverables, and budget for proposals
• Ensures quality and technical accuracy of project deliverables
• Prepares and presents design proposals to Clients
• Verifies discipline designs are coordinated within 3D models/site scans
• Delegates work and supervises Designers on a project
• Provides direction on scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations
• Inspects sites and evaluates building conditions
• Plans and programs layout of project(s) and coordinates engineering elements
• Has good working knowledge of Building Codes
• Considers other disciplines during project lifecycle
• Identifies and communicates scope changes for discipline
• Participates in planning sessions to align scope, schedule, costs and quality
