Job summary

CRB is seeking a licensed Architect to lead design development and construction documentation for renovation and new build projects, with strong BIM focus using Revit. You will coordinate with engineering and construction teams and ensure design integrity across all phases.

The role requires an Accredited Architecture degree, a current architectural license, and roughly five years of professional experience. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape and Rhino is preferred, with some travel possible.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in architecture required.
• Architectural license in good standing with ability for reciprocal licensure through NCARB.
• Five years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate design and construction models and documentation using BIM software.
• Assist in studies, presentations and reports development.
• Apply knowledge of International Building Codes in project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for constructible designs.
• Conduct basic field investigations of existing systems and structures.
• Participate in drawing reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checks.
• Delegate tasks to architectural interns or design staff.
