Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year degree) required.
• Licensure required.
• NCARB certification preferred.
• LEED Accredited or other sustainability credential preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a technical delivery focus.
• Proficient in BIM/Revit as well as Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Experience with Revizto for 3-D coordination preferred.
• Experience with UpCodes and RIB Speclink preferred.
• Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
• Passion for inspiring and motivating others.
• Proficiency in managing construction document sets and consultant coordination.
• Experience with sector typology and related construction types.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of the architectural scope of work with the Project Manager.
• Develop coordinated construction documents ensuring code compliance and quality.
• Coordinate work across design, engineering, consultants and production teams.
• Manage AHJ interactions during permitting and regulatory review with senior support.
• Conduct material, product and building systems research to support design decisions.
• Lead construction administration activities: RFIs, submittals, field reports, coordination with contractors.
• Serve as Architect of Record as determined by project leadership and supervise team work.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development within project teams.
