Job summary

Stantec's Buildings team is seeking an experienced architect to lead planning, design, and documentation across diverse projects. You will guide project teams, ensure design intent aligns with client budgets and schedules, and advance integrated design with BIM, drawings, and specifications.

You will also collaborate in client meetings, coordinate with consultants, and mentor junior staff while contributing to the development of construction documents and project delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Registration preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects in a range of sizes and complexities.
• Direct project teams to meet budget, schedule and design intent.
• Develop designs through sketches, models, diagrams and massing studies.
• Utilize BIM to develop 3D models of buildings and components.
• Prepare and revise documentation across architectural phases.
