Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Architect with strong BIM capabilities to lead design development, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and guide project documentation from concept through construction. The role requires proficiency in Revit, exemplary communication, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Ideal candidates hold a U.S. architecture license (RA/AIA/NCARB) and have experience with building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles across multiple project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, RA/AIA/NCARB licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit, with architectural modeling/detailing experience.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity with independent design development.
• Develop designs through sketches, modeling, diagrams and massing studies; produce construction documents using BIM.
• Review drawings, respond to RFIs, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
