Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Scarborough, ME is seeking an Archery Technician to guide customers through bow setup, accessory installation, and safety demonstrations. You will diagnose equipment, perform tune-ups, and help shoppers make informed decisions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include assembly, product demonstrations, and ensuring pricing/inventory accuracy while delivering a legendary customer experience. Prior archery shop experience is a plus, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of bow setup experience preferred.
• Ability to perform bow setup including draw length, eye dominance, and draw weight.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with archery equipment and provide product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery gear for safety and performance.
• Install bow accessories (kisser button, peep sight, D loop, knock location, scope).
• Maintain pricing/inventory accuracy and display standards.
• Provide recommendations to customers to help them buy with confidence.
