Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Kansas City seeks an Archery Technician to perform bow setup, assembly and customer service in a fast-paced sports retail environment. The role requires technical knowledge of archery equipment, ability to explain operation to customers, maintain pricing/UPC integrity, and provide a legendary shopping experience while safeguarding staff and guests.

You will troubleshoot and tune equipment, install accessories, assist with product demonstrations, and help maintain organized

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years’ bow setup experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and tune archery equipment.
• Ability to instruct customers on safety and bow features.
• Knowledge of inventory, pricing and product signage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and tunes archery equipment to ensure safety.
• Installs accessories on bows and demonstrates products.
• Answers technical questions to help customers understand operation.
• Maintains pricing, UPC integrity, inventory, and displays.
• Provides a legendary customer experience by suggesting products and programs.
