Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Victor, NY is hiring an Archery Technician for full-time. You will assist customers, perform bow setup, assembly, and accessory installation, and ensure equipment safety and proper operation.

Strong product knowledge and a minimum of 2 years bow experience are required. The role includes maintaining displays, pricing accuracy, and providing a legendary customer experience with guidance on club programs and in-store services.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience with bow set up.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment for safety and proper function.
• Install accessory items on bows and demonstrate product use.
• Answer technical questions to help customers understand operation and work performed.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, inventory accuracy, and product displays.
