Bass Pro Shops in Little Rock, AR is seeking a part-time Archery Technician to greet customers, assist with merchandise, assemble products and demonstrate archery gear. You will also help with tuning and safety checks to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires bow setup expertise, installation of accessories, and the ability to educate customers on safety and product features. You will support pricing, inventory accuracy, and in-store promotions while maintaining a clean

Qualifications

• Bow setup including draw length, eye dominance, and draw weight.
• Bow assembly and accessory installation (kisser button, peep, D loop, knock location, scope).
• Arrow setup: length, spine, insert installation.
• Operate equipment like a bow press and chop saw.
• Instruct customers on safety, bow features and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment.
• Assist with pricing, inventory, and product displays.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Replenish shelves and keep work area organized and clean.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as needed.
