Bass Pro Shops is hiring an Archery Technician to provide expert bow setup, assembly, and accessory installation while delivering exceptional customer service. You will diagnose equipment, answer technical questions, and demonstrate product features to help customers make informed choices.

The role requires hands-on archery experience, adherence to safety standards, and coordination with pricing and inventory tasks to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Performs bow setup including draw length, eye dominance, and draw weight.
• Explains bow features, safety and brand information to customers.
• Performs bow assembly and installs accessories like kisser button, peep sights, D-loop, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and tunes archery equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Assists customers with technical questions and product demonstrations.
• Maintains pricing, UPC integrity, and accurate inventory levels.
• Replenishes shelves and maintains clean, stocked work areas.
• Promotes programs and drives in-store pickups while delivering a legendary customer experience.
