Bass Pro Shops in Altoona, IA is seeking an Archery Technician for part-time work. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and perform bow setup and maintenance to ensure safe operation.

Responsibilities include installing accessories, demonstrating equipment, and keeping displays accurate and well stocked. Prior archery experience and strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ bow setup experience.
• Ability to instruct customers on safety and bow features.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with prompt, friendly service and assist with product selection.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, tune archery equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Install accessories (kisser button, peep sights, D loop, etc.) and demonstrate use.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, and inventory accuracy; keep displays signed and stocked.
