Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years' bow setup experience.
• Ability to perform bow assembly and accessory installation.
• Knowledge of arrow setup (length, spine, inserts).
• Proficient in operating bow press and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform bow set up for customers including draw length, eye dominance, and draw weight.
• Assemble bows and install accessories like kisser button, peep sights, D loop.
• Instruct customers on safety, bow features, and brand awareness.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment for safety.
• Maintain pricing, inventory accuracy, and attractive displays.
