Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Mitchell, SD is seeking an Archery Technician to assist customers, perform bow setup and assembly, and demonstrate products.

You will troubleshoot equipment, answer technical questions, and help with pricing, merchandising, and stock to create a world class shopping experience.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of bow experience; training and discounts are provided as part of our commitment to customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ bow setup experience.
• Knowledge of archery equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product information and assembly.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment to ensure safety.
• Install accessories on bows and demonstrate products.
• Answer technical questions to help customers understand operation.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, and merchandise displays.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by assessing needs and recommending products.
• Replenish shelves and keep area organized and stocked.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
