Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Kalispell, MT is seeking a part-time Archery Technician to greet customers, assist with archery product selection, and perform precise bow setup and accessory installation. You will troubleshoot equipment, provide knowledgeable guidance, and contribute to a safe, friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
2+ years’ experience with bow setup.
Ability to perform bow setup including draw length, eye dominance, and draw weight.
Knowledge of arrow setup (length, spine, inserts) and bow accessories installation.
Instructs customers on safety, bow features and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Perform bow setup for customers including draw length, eye dominance, and draw weight.
Assemble bows and install accessories (kisser button, peep sights, D loop, knock location, scope).
Explain operation and safety to customers and provide product recommendations.
Maintain pricing, UPC, inventory accuracy, and product displays in store.
