Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Archery Technician to assist customers, perform bow setup, and demonstrate products. You will troubleshoot equipment to ensure safety and function while helping shoppers choose the right gear.

Responsibilities include installing accessories, answering technical questions, maintaining displays, and ensuring pricing and inventory accuracy across the archery department.

Qualifications

• Bow setup for customers including draw length, eye dominance, and draw weight.
• Bow assembly and accessory installation such as kisser button, peep sights, D loop, knock location, scope installation.
• Arrow setup basics: length, spine, insertion.
• Operate equipment like bow press and chop saw.
• Instructs customers on safety and bow features.

Responsibilities

• Supports customer service and creates a pleasant shopping experience.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and tunes archery equipment for safety and function.
• Installs accessory items on bows and demonstrates products.
• Answers technical questions to help customers understand operation and work performed.
• Maintains pricing, inventory accuracy, and displays per guidelines.
• Replenishes shelves and keeps area organized and stocked.
